Rivora Labs was built on a simple conviction: ideas don’t fail because of a lack of vision—they fail because of a lack of structure, execution, and the right systems behind them.
At the helm is Saffeyeldin Khalil, Founder and Managing Director of Rivora Labs, bringing more than 24 years of experience across automotive, mobility, embedded systems, and deep technology.
His journey spans global technology leaders including IBM, Valeo, and Aptiv, where he held senior and executive leadership roles across engineering, R&D, and product management. From building advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving platforms to leading large-scale engineering organizations, he has consistently operated at the forefront of technological innovation and industrial transformation.
But beyond corporate leadership, Saffeyeldin is a company builder. As the co-founder and former CEO of SEITech Solutions, he built and scaled an international engineering organization across Europe and the Middle East, growing it into a multi-market operation delivering complex, high-value technology solutions. This experience shaped his core belief:
building companies requires more than ideas—it requires disciplined execution, strong systems, and the ability to scale under real market conditions.
With an academic foundation in computer engineering, complemented by a dual MA/MBA in leadership and organizational development, Saffeyeldin combines deep technical expertise with strategic business thinking.
Through Rivora Labs, he is now applying this philosophy to a new model—a venture studio designed to systematically build, operate, and scale technology companies.
His focus lies in bridging deep technologies such as IoT, AI, and intelligent systems with real-world applications, creating ventures that are not only innovative, but structurally built to scale globally from day one.
At Rivora Labs, his mission is clear: to move beyond supporting startups—and instead co-build companies with the right foundations, turning potential into scalable and enduring ventures.
